[Feature Request]: Add scroll to top button & i18n languages #1923

Feature Description
Hello. Today's modern website have a feature to have scroll to top button & add i18n languages which it can be good for UI/UX and user's can feel comfortable to visit to our website.
Use Case
- While I visit to this project and when I want to scroll to top for the page which have a long paragraph / image to load, I should scroll it manually and there's no help button to scroll to top automatically without needing to scroll manually
- For i18n languages, I natively using Bahasa Indonesia (Indonesian) for my native language & actually I can read & understand what the pages are show and the meaning in english but I just help the people to get more attractive to visit the website by add i18n languages for the people who doesn't really understand what's the page are shown. And that's why I proposed my idea by adding 5 languages which are English, German, Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia), Hindi, & French
