[Bug]: The Navbar not displayed and copyright year is missing in Cultural Experience page

Is there an existing issue for this?

Describe the bug

1. The navbar in cultural experience page has same color as the background of page , Hence it is merged and makes UI inconsistent for user experience
2. The copyright year is being missed causing missing info.

Expected behavior

1. The Navbar and background color of page should be different so we can actually see the navbar
2. The copyright year must be shown in copyright sentence.
