[Bug]: Navbar overlaps the feedback image/content on feedback page #1930

Describe the bug
On the feedback page, the top image/content is partially hidden behind the navbar.
The navbar overlaps the main content instead of the content appearing properly below the navbar.
Expected behavior
The main content and image on the feedback page should appear fully below the navbar without being hidden or overlapped.
