Provide option to enable/disable autoplay of videos displayed in lightbox.

Also support enabling autoplay via URL query variables (e.g. autoplay=1 for Vimeo videos).

URL query variables will be supported as part of this ticket. An option in SLB's settings to autoplay all videos is being considered for a future update.
