describe the request

Niri is a quite unique scrollable-tiling Wayland compositor that has been growing in popularity. I think it would be nice to have it as preinstall option alternative for those of us who prefer that type of workflow.

A PR is welcome, and inspiration can be taken from #3020 (even tho it's an AUR package)
