WSL terminal

Hi i am stuck with opening wsl (linux for windows ) even though i have it installed on my computer and do have admin rights. I have tried going to the developer mode to enable developer but it still cant work . When i try opening it , it just blinks and disappears all the time , any help help will be appreciated.

Hi! I'm not a Windows user so I won't be much help, but I Googled a bit under "windows subsystem for linux blinks and turns off" and one of the people on Stack Overflow suggested running wsl --list on the command line to get more information on your installation. It might help you/us understand your WSL setup to see if we can put our heads together and come up with some effective search terms!
