Instructions:
1. Sign up for Amazon Web Services (EC2)
2. Sign up for VPN Cubed Lite*
3. Install EC2 API Command Line Tools
4. Install this package
5. Edit "env" file
6. Execute "run-cluster" script

* Fixed on 13-Aug-2012 for historical reference even though this product
  is no longer available (used to incorrectly say OpenVPN Lite)
