Make it compatible with font generators, e.g. http://oleddisplay.squix.ch/#/home

Right now there is a script to convert .bdf fonts to the appropriate format. I'll take a closer look at the output format of the link.

Worth seeing if there are other font generators. I've found that converter really handy with the 1306's, but there may be other ones out there.
