Tasmota32 // ShellyPlus1 // Sensor without addon??

Hi everyone,

I have question regarding the above combination.
I flashed a Shelly Plus 1 to Tasmota 14.5.0 and wanted to connect 2xDS18B20 (for testing, will be changed to DHT22 later) to 2 seperate GPIO - GPIO1 & GPIO3 (RX/TX) however it doesnt work, I think the build requires the addon, right?
The DS18B20 is twice in the sensor list, (one with _o) so my assumption is this release can only work using the addon???

BTW: The Shelly is running off 12V with a proper Power supply, not off the mains. I have no dead-wish ;-)

sorry let me rephrase that question to make it more clear. does the ds18b20 driver included in the shelly plus 1 build have to be used with 2 separate gpio (one for reading one for writing _o like when using the shelly addon) ??? Or can I just use the ds18b20 driver without _o for the sensor connected directly to the gpio instead of the addon?

Never add anything to the Shelly device without the addon module. There is AC mains level at this GPIOs.
The Shelly addon module decouples the AC mains. Since we don't know how the Shelly is used, no support for using anything without the addon module.
So the answer is simply no.

Shelly is running off 12V<

i am fully aware i was just too lazy to use an esp32+3.3v stepdown+relais. the application runns off a proper 12v power supply.

As explained Tasmota does not support any config without the Addon module. We do not provide any support which could be used in dangerous setups.
