Stack layout triggers infinite window re-rendering

When using the stack layout, opening a new window prevents yabai from resizing it correctly, resulting in an infinite re-rendering loop.

Please let me know if anything else is needed to debug this issue.

Downgrading to v7.1.23 fixes this issue.
