• Compile https://github.com/tree-sitter-grammars/tree-sitter-hcl into Aspect CLI Pro
• Starzelle plugin to generate tf_module targets which have deps pointing to local module imports
• Figure out how tflint can report on the current module while still referencing 1p module imports
• create linter aspect
• docs and tests
