Create panel for set password for root user

When the user starts the first time the app and wants to create new bundle-app for his application first he have to set the password for the root user.

The root user is preconfigured and exists in the initial database.

Well there is already a similar component in mystic-crpyt-ui so you can extract it and add it as a dependency
