Partner Organization Page

As a users, I need to be able to view the list of partner organizations associated with the coalition. This includes some images and description of what a partner organization does to contribute to the success of the coalition's operation.

AC:

• List out all partner organization names alongside a social link
• Display a carousel of images from partner organization activities
• Display a card in the bottom for aspiring organizations to apply to be our partner organization (link to contact page?)
