Template integration with GitLab

Is there any plan to support GitLab in the templating feature? Would be great to be able to define templates as code in GitLab and be able to create GitLab repositories via templates.

Hey @nextrevision yes we do plan to support GitLab, the best estimate I can provide right now for approximate timing is first half of 2024. Appreciate you calling this out and showing your support for this, it really helps me with prioritizing work. Anyone following along please +1 if you'd also like to see templates support with GitLab!
