Species with partition function but without line data in arts-cat-xml

We have two species

• NH3-4112.xml
• HCN-224.xml

with partition function but no lines in the arts-catalog (revision 11473). This results in an error when using ReadCatalogData() and using the main species tag only in abs_species ( e. g. "NH3", "HCN"). This forces the user to set ignore_missing to 1.

Does it make sense to provide partition function data for species isotopologues that are not included in arts-cat?

I changed this issue to be owned by you Freddy. As discussed at the meeting, this is intended behavior because HITRAN provides more species that they provide lines for. If you wish to solve this by adding empty line catalogs to arts-cat-data, please feel free to do so.
