Cursor will stay on old line while PgUp / PgDown

Really unusefull to use "PgUp / PgDown" combination in tree because you cursor will stay on old file.

1. Focus the tree view
2. Press PageUp or PageDown

Expected behavior: The selected entry will be updated

Actual behavior: The selected entry remains the same

Electron: 1.3.13
Chrome  : 52.0.2743.82
Node    : 6.5.0

I'm unable to reproduce this using Atom v1.13.1 on Mac OS X 10.12.3. Could you please let us know what version of Atom were using when experiencing this error.

Im checked it now on my Atom 1.13.1 x64, on latest Arch linux. Problem still exists.

@believer-ufa Please paste the entire output of atom --version here. That command will give us some extra version info that might be useful.

I pressing pgDown, cursor in tree stays on top of tree. Next i pressing "up/down" arrows, and tree scroll will reset.

I runned "atom.exe --version" and received the following information

Atom    : 1.13.1
Electron: 1.3.13
Chrome  : 52.0.2743.82
Node    : 6.5.0

I think I can reproduce this. @believer-ufa please confirm if this is the behavior you're seeing.

Atom    : 1.15.0-dev-ae6a7a0
Electron: 1.4.15
Chrome  : 53.0.2785.143
Node    : 6.5.0

Windows 10 x64.

EDIT: I just watched your video and it seems like the same issue, so I'm going to mark this as a bug.
