MuleDump showing grey Screen

I have looked at previous problems with the same as mine and i haven't found my problem. I have followed the steps putting my email and password then changing it to accounts.js then opening muledump all i'm getting is a grey screen.
I have also tried doing the CMD+OPT+I to show my problem and all i get is token error.
