Account Credentials not valid

I have recently tried to add a number of mules to my muledump, and I can log into them normally through flash projector, but I am not able to get them to work with muledump. Whenever I try to load them, it says "account credentials not valid". I have double and triple checked that the passwords and emails are correct, but this has not resolved the issue. Any ideas?

Are you using Atomizers or Jakcodexs Muledump version? Do the problem persist if you use https://muledump.com?

I have tried using both versions, but they have both had the same problem.

when you have https://muledump.com open. Goto the console by pressing F12 then clicking the console tab. in the console write "setuptools.data.accounts.accounts" does you account information seem right there?

Yea, I just checked and there and the account information is correct.
