Ability to import/export a single app

Describe the problem you'd like to have solved

Currently, we can exclude some apps from the import/export, but we cannot import/export a single app (except if exclude all apps but one).

Adding this ability would allow us to move the auth0 iac from a single repository dedicated to that to the apps repositories.

Like AUTH0_EXCLUDED_CLIENTS, but AUTH0_INCLUDED_CLIENTS?

You can import a directory with a single client as long as you set "AUTH0_ALLOW_DELETE": false. (No need to set AUTH0_EXCLUDED_CLIENTS)
