Dependencies broken

As to be expected after 4 years, a few things have changed.

Chef requires explicit names in the metadata.rb file for cookbooks now, and the file "http://python-distribute.org/distribute_setup.py" is no longer available (the domain is for sale), so this too should be updated.

Will let you know if I find another vagrant box that is up to date. Thanks for sharing!
