Describe the bug
The current installation/dependencies are broken. Please see the problem reported here: vatlab/sos-notebook#328

To Reproduce

  1. Run Binder
  2. Execute am IRuta notebook cell in a SoS notebook

Suggested Fix
We should update the sos-notebook dependency to 0.22.9 which apparently fixes that problem. This may require adjusting other depdendencies, too.

    Updated dependencies, added jupyter-client to list of dependencies
    Added more detailed instructions to README
    Tested dependencies in local installation and in Docker container
