Add Search in App designer

Need:

Lately in some organisations, too many encounter types and report cards have also been introduced. So when an implementation engineer wants to edit, it takes them more time to find the one they need to update.

AC:

• Like we have for Forms, introduce Search in pages for Subject Types, Programs, Encounter Types, Offline Report Card and Offline dashboard.
• User should be able to search by name(partial or complete)
