RaspberryPiOS-P010-hdr-os-image-bookworm-aarch64.img.xz but - no web UI after install?

Pi4/8GB - Wrote fresh RaspberryPiOS-P010-hdr-os-image-bookworm-aarch64.img.xz using Pi Flasher as instructed. Gave it a DHCP reservation. Can SSH with no issue. But no web UI? Help?

Let me guess: you created your own user, other than the image's default pi? Then uninstall and install HyperHDR again using apt. Our wiki is your friend.

yes, im a bonehead but i searched on here and the wiki and i must have missed it. are you saying it would work had i not made another user? if i left it pi? thanks. sorry.

Yes, our images behave like old RPi OS images and have pi user restored with the default password. Still I recommend to change the password after installation. The problem is that RPI installer overrides our pi user and HyperHDR services are supposed to run on this user. So uninstall/install it again or change the HyperHDR service from pi to your user name: similar like change service user to root so you can find the commands in the FAQ.
