Fps drops in fullscreen 4K HDR in Chrome

HyperHDR is running on minipc AMD 8745HS/Radeon780M.
4K 60 FPS HDR YT videos put up to 70% GPU load in a Chrome window.
When switching to fullscreen, the load increases to >95%, resulting in ~12 fps drop in the video.
CPU load is at 10-20%.

When HyperHDR is not running, it's only 60% GPU load in fullscreen mode.

Is it possible to fix it with settings?
