Conflicting documentation on amplifyconfiguration.json

Describe the bug
The CLI docs discourage manual changes to amplifyconfiguration.json.

However, the iOS docs describe a workflow that entails manual edits.

Expected behavior
Documentation should be consistent to avoid confusion.

Hey @aws-amplify/amplify-ios, can these documentation be updates. Is there any other place the customers can modify these values?

The section about https://docs.amplify.aws/lib/graphqlapi/authz/q/platform/ios/#configure-multiple-authorization-modes can be replaced once the library supports an authType parameter at the APIPlugin call site.
