Detailed docs for AWS Amplify with RDS Proxy

Does detailed documentation exist around using AWS Amplify with an RDS Proxy (beyond the"Connect your app to existing MySQL and PostgreSQL database" page)? I'd love to see a CDK template or sample repo so. Ideally with CDK constructs or custom stack code showing the infrastructure to run schema migrations, database password secrets rotation with Secrets Manager, etc.

Is anyone aware of further documentation on this?
