Why isn't there an existing OpenSearch cluster in the list when importing OpenSearch? #94

There are some prerequisites for OpenSearch to be supported by Centralized Logging with OpenSearch. Please check your OpenSearch cluster to make sure it meet these prerequisites, so that you can see it in the list.

  • In the same region. The OpenSearch cluster should be in the same region with your Centralized Logging with OpenSearch console. You may check the CloudFormation stack to know which region that the solution has been deployed in.
  • Use the right version. Centralized Logging with OpenSearch supports Amazon OpenSearch Service, engine version ElasticSearch 7.10 or later, and engine version OpenSearch 1.0 or later.
