    AWS.Cryptography.Internal.ComAmazonawsKms (>= 1.7.6)

AWS.Cryptography.Internal.ComAmazonawsKms needs
    AWSSDK.Core (>= 3.7.402.88 && < 4.0.0)

Adding support for AWS SDK for .NET V4 is on our road map but we can't give an ECD at this time.
