Allow disablement of physics on azalea-client #201

Hello!
I am creating a chatbot that does not require physics on a server with no anticheat. Could you allow disablement of physics on azalea-client?

This should technically already be possible by disabling the PhysicsPlugin (which is one of the default plugins). The docs have an example for disabling LogPlugin, it should be similar for any other plugin: https://azalea.matdoes.dev/azalea/struct.ClientBuilder.html#method.new_without_plugins

I don't think anyone's tested this though, so there's a chance you'll get warnings or errors.
