Implement destination to alow push mirroring

Currently mirrors are always pull by using the origin field.

Adding a destination field would allow to mirror in the opposit direction.

Having both would even allow to do a YAML provider where you can enter both origin and destination in one file that can be controlled in a VCS, making it independend from gitlab or github.
