Update Docker image to support patch simulations

The current Dockerfile and corresponding entrypoint script arcade.sh only work for potts simulations. We need to update so that they can support patch simulations as well. Possible options:

• separate Docker images for each implementation, with corresponding entrypoint scripts
• environment parameter for specifying the implementation
• other?
