ChkConfig does not sense duplicate paths in <<multi>> config #600
Description
A (lethal) situation occurs if one accidentally uses the same data path for multiple backends. Yes, I know it's a user error. ChkConfig however, happily ignores it and when Riak starts up, it gets bogged in file lock waits, eventually terminating. Even a riak stop takes a while... a long while.
