Make things configurable or separate the components.

Basically, use node modules (preferably which are not only wrappers). Like nodemailer to send emails.

An idea setup would be:

Consider this repo as the Node datastringer sourcecode. Not an instance of datastringer install.
For that, use Vagrant or Docker to automate a box setup with all the required system dependencies.
