tab don't work

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. open any .tpl file
2. select some lines
3. press "shift + tab" and "tab" don't work (indent)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Indent text (block) forward and backward

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
smartypdt-0_9_1
