Install don't run on 64 bit platform (Ubuntu)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install zend-eclipse-3.2.0-x86_64 on Ubuntu 13.10 64 bits
2. try to install smarty-pdt directly from the site, or from the zip file into 
zend-eclipse
3. The installer don't terminate installation's operation

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be 
found.
  Software being installed: Smarty Feature 0.91.0 (org.eclipse.php.smarty_feature.feature.group 0.91.0)
  Missing requirement: Smarty Feature 0.91.0 (org.eclipse.php.smarty_feature.feature.group 0.91.0) requires 'org.eclipse.php 0.0.0' but it could not be found


What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
zend-eclipse-3.2.0-x86_64
Ubuntu 13.10 64 bits

Please provide any additional information below.

The install run correctly with the 32 bits version of zend-eclipse
