IE6 and IE7 support

I had intended to include spectrum in Cascade Framework ( http://jslegers.github.io/cascadeframework/ ), but IE6-IE7 support is essential for me.

I tried spectrum in several browsers, but noticed only partial support for IE7 and couldn't get the demos to work at all in IE6.

Yet, the documentation mentions support for IE6+. Are you planning to fix behavior for these older browsers or do you prefer to abandon support for them?

I have not intentionally stopped supporting them, and I'm guessing that the fixes should be relatively easy to make. Do you have any idea what the errors are? If you would be able to help out, I would be happy to accept pull requests for IE support. I do not immediately have IE6 - 7 boxes for testing, but I will get them set up IE6 via modern.ie and take a look myself as well.
