EBB 42 Gen 2 wiring / jumper?

A few questions:

1. How to select between USB and CAN? There is a jumper location, but not documentation whether it's USB or CAN when the jumper is set.
2. How to select between 2 wire and 4 wire PT1000?
3. How to set whether a normal NTC OR A PT100 or a PT1000 is connected? Is the PT1000 conne ted to the TH terminal? Should there be a Mx31xxx port somewhere? There are no DIP switches?
4. How to connect a BTT SFS 2.0? To the I2C terminal?

The documentation seems unfinished and incomplete, the provided example cfg file does not cover SFS sensor, PT1000 etc...

Going off a read of the schematics for both EBB36/EEB42 GEN2(and to be clear, not part of the BTT team).

1. Add the jumper is CAN, no jumper is USB
2. You don't, no support for 4-wire PT, can just treat it as a 2-wire on the TH port.
3. No MAXxxx (MAX31865 or equivalent IC) on the board, so no DIP switches to set stuff for it. 2-wire PT1000 is fine on the thermistor port without an amp from what I hear on PT1000s. Might be able to find enough usable pins for SPI to bodge one on a breakout board if one must use a PT100 or demand full use of a 4-wire, but not going to personally recommend that. _{^{If you have really good soldering skills, you could try to reuse the SPI for the LIS2DW and an un-routed pin from the MCU, but that's even more not recommended.}}
4. Possible, but not really designed for it and I'd not recommend that at all. Instead, put the SFS on your frame and wire that to the main control board to unused endstops there. You want some distance to let Klipper's command buffer to empty out of long moves and it's not like extra weight at the tool head is a good idea.
