UI Component for Embedding Bitrix24 Open Line Widget with Custom Data

A new UI component is required to embed the Bitrix24 Open Line widget with support for passing additional parameters. The component should allow providing custom data such as the user’s full name, portal address, and other relevant details when initializing the widget.

Requirements:
• Embed the Bitrix24 Open Line widget into the UI.
• Support passing custom data (e.g., user name, postal address, etc.) during initialization.

Essentially, you want to embed an open line widget - this is more in the realm of the @bitrix24/b24jssdk module, but I'll think about what can be done.
