Hosting on online platform #5
Comments
I have used Heroku several times. It's good. One disadvantage of Heroku is that you can't get a custom domain for free. I don't know whether pythonanywhere allows custom domains. |
I have deployed my CF leaderboard webapp on heroku: https://eku-cf-ldrbrd.herokuapp.com |
But the question that needs to be addressed is, can a free account on either of the two sustain the load during the two hours of Checkmate? I think it would be great if we can host checkmate on some online server.
Are you guys aware of some free or a bit cheaper server?
Benefits: Better publicity during further events.
