Transition when opening CoverActivity #78
Description
Clicking the cover image view in BookListActivity to open CoverActivity should use that image view as a shared element in a transition.
We need to be thoughtful about how we do this, the FAB needs to move out of the way in some form so that the cover image view doesn't pass through it when the transition starts.
