Have library FAB circular reveal to be a dialog #79
Description
My intention was always for the LibraryFragment's FAB to use a nice combination of arc motion and morphing to become a bottom sheet (or the dialog, which would be fine).
Since I didn't want to dive into transitions and such so early on, I settled for just opening a dialog, but at some point now I'd like to return to my original vision of it and make it real.
Note to self: the Plaid app actually exhibits behavior which is nearly exactly what I have in mind, so be sure to take a look at that.
