Frappe/pilot (prev called bench-cli; started by rushabh) seems to be the latest in development with frappe-cloud team being active on it.
They announced in one of the local meetup (frappe yatra) that they will run everything on pilot now, and should be promising enough, since it looks like this is the first project by frappe that started off with agentic coding and is seen as the way.
Their install.sh script only support primary Unix OS (macos, ubuntu, arch) and nix is not supported, but i imagine nix support should be fairly easy since all services are already bundled as module in nixpkgs.
Wonder if anyone has tried running it.
- In past i tried setting up frappix, but it turned out to be pain, so my current running method has been using frappe-manager (via docker) - which is very straightforward IMO.
Thank you for the effort on frappix.
