Build dataset generation module on frontend

Build data generation module based on frontend. This would involve:

1. Flashing colors, which the frontend already does
2. Saving the recorded video onto the local machine (current frontend does not support saving files)
3. Saving the color flashing commands and timing into a .csv file on the local machine
