[Support]: System Metrics/General and System Metrics/Cameras returns blank for first 15'ish minutes

Describe the problem you are having

I'm following along with the 0.15 development, and am currently running image ghcr.io/blakeblackshear/frigate:7b65bcf-tensorrt.

I noticed that if I wipe my frigate.db (ie, start from scratch) that for the first 15 minutes or so, System Metrics->General and System Metrics->Cameras return a blank page. System Metrics->Storage works normally right out of the gate.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start up ghcr.io/blakeblackshear/frigate:7b65bcf-tensorrt with no frigate.db.
2. Within the first 15 minutes, login to Frigate and click Settings->System Metrics.
3. This takes you to /system#general, which is blank.
4. Manually browse to /system#storage, this works normally.
5. Manually browse to /system#cameras, which is blank.

In browser DevTools, there are some references to certain objects being null when the blank behavior occurs.

Small cosmetic issue, but it might confuse some first-time users.

This is likely just a frontend cache issue, the stats shown in system metrics / camera metrics page are not stored in the database. I just tried to reproduce this as well and did not see any issues.
