when I tested with latest indigo/bgs, I got below erros(new subscriptions temporarily disabled) and 'search on social-app(palomar)' nore feed-generator cannot work, even there are no subscribers.
This was caused by perDayLimit initial value(0 as below). it's too hard because none can subscribe relay.
BGS(relay) has setter/getter for perDayLimit, but it is easier to tune the initial value by environment variable or command line option, than making call by REST API.
after setting this limit, things worked as it expected.
