[FEATURE]: Implement push mechanism (callbacks) #94
Description
I wanted to discuss the notion of implementing push mechanism for Capture, in addition to a pull based system.
What I mean is:
- Add HTTP client functionality to send metrics to Checkmate
- Implement a background scheduler to periodically collect metrics and push to Checkmate
- Add configuration for the Checkmate server endpoint (eg IP) and push intervals (eg 1 min)
- At the same time maintain both push and pull capabilities for backward compatibility
