docs(shared-home-storage): note NVMe pool deferred, sized 4x 8TB on two x8 slots
The "when NVMe arrives" plan is unchanged; add current status: purchase deferred pending the 2026 NAND price spike, planned as a separate 4x 8TB zpool on cirrus (two dual-M.2 cards in the x8 slots; x16 slots hold GPUs).
