Full diff: containerd/containerd@v1.7.24...v1.7.25

Container runtime team is working to package containerd v1.7.25 on Amazon Linux and additionally will be including a patch for containerd/containerd#11160. The patch has been accepted and merged into mainline and will be made available in containerd v2.0.2 and v1.7.26; however, it resolves a known production issue it would be good to pull this in for EKS variants.
