[Bug]: can't add any environment variable (the button isn't here) #3811

Describe the bug

in the past, i used to be able to add variables using a button in the textbox after i write the variable
now i can't

  1. open bottle settings
  2. search for environment variables
  3. try to add it
  4. you can't

Just add =1 to your variable. It will be DXVK_ASYNC=1, and then the button will appear.

I didn't like the change
Maybe you should've added a hint on the new way of adding variables

I am not the developer of this program. This change was added in version 51.18, and in my opinion, it's not difficult to understand.
Changes in 51.18.
Pull request with this change #3679.
