[Bug]: "Missing runner" dialog below versioning upgrade dialog prevents upgrade

Describe the bug

While trying to use an older bottle prefix a dialog asks me to upgrade the versioning. However, the buttons don't work so can't Cancel or Proceed.

The reason is there is another dialog hidden behind the upgrade dialog which is currently active thus blocking the upgrade dialog.

Workaround: Minimizing and restoring Bottles makes the missing runner dialog show over the upgrade dialog.

To Reproduce

1. Have an older bottle with old versioning to trigger the dialog.
2. Remove it's runner
3. Open the bottle in Bottles
